Does not it make more sense to ditch an old car melt down the steel & plastics than to just mine for brand-new resources?

Change those old energy losing light bulbs with some brand-new energy conserving light bulbs -You do not need to do them at one time, if your budget wont allow for it. You can simply change them out as the old bulbs burnout.
