Creating EV ecosystem in the developing nation India always thought in a low graded manner. But the response from Indian market towards EV is overwhelming. Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles was done at a faster rate and it was a thoughtful process, considering the need of transport system in India, there was much need of developing or manufacturing of three wheelers including electric rickshaws and Electric Cargo. Electric cars in being endorsed and flaunted by many key profiles in the country educating people towards adoption of Electric mobility ditching the ICE vehicles (Internal Combustion Engine). Reducing the carbon imprint without jeopardizing the needs of future generation is the objection of the Electric mobility industry. 2021 will going to be the year of manufacturing of domestic Electric vehicles including two wheelers, three wheelers as well as the four wheelers. With the Electric Vehicles manufacturing, there comes a need of manufacturing of EV batteries and chargers at a volume quantity to set the lower prices for the users of Electric vehicles (EV). India took a step forward and started manufacturing of Lead-acid battery charger for Electric Vehicles which is being widely used in India in Electric Rickshaws and secondly Lithium-Ion battery charger for Electric Vehicles which is not being widely used because of its marginal higher cost as compared to Lead-acid chargers. Lead-acid though higher in cost but are more durable when compared to lead-acid.
