180gsm Matt Coated Inkjet Paper Is Available From Us For Your Framed Artwork Pri

In a recent blog post here at Prizma Graphics, we outlined the considerable benefits of our 230gsm matt coated inkjet paper. These include its compatibility with all dye, pigment and oil-based wide format printers, suitability for various printing applications, and the high-resolution printing results it enables.

However, the 230gsm is also far from our only large format inkjet paper option. Indeed, if you are seeking matt coated plotter paper that offers all of the same properties as the 230gsm paper, but at a lower cost, the 180gsm paper we provide under the PHR180 product code may be ideal.

Excellent-quality printing from a competitively priced plotter paper

So, what do you get when you select this 180gsm product as your favoured large format inkjet paper? Well, as is the case with the 230gsm paper, you can choose between various dimensions. Those include 17”, 24”, 36”, 42”, 44” and 60” options on 45m roll lengths, as well as A2, A3, A3+ and A4 sheets.

As for the qualities of the paper itself, you can expect a premium heavyweight coated paper that – like the 230gsm paper – can be used with all dye, pigment and oil-based wide format inkjet printers, including models from HP, Oce, Epson and Canon.

Of particular importance with any large format inkjet paper, of course, is the quality of the printing results it makes possible. Sure enough, this one enables printing at high resolutions of up to 1440dpi, its non-reflective matt surface allowing for the easy appreciation of exceptionally dense blacks and vibrant colours.

You can also count on the ink drying quickly on this paper, and if you wish to maximise the longevity of the print, it is even suitable for hot and cold lamination.

For what purposes might you use this paper?

This is a great large format inkjet paper to use for such applications as CAD, GIS, AEC and graphic design prints. You might be especially likely to choose this paper for artwork prints that you intend to have framed, or for any other everyday presentation prints and posters.

Whatever you have in mind for the next inkjet paper rolls or sheets you purchase, it’s worth remembering that our expert team here at Prizma Graphics is always available to advise you on your choice, should you have any questions or doubts. Simply call 01296 393700 or send us an email.
