Here are 5 most important things to know before returning products to WALMART:
1. Having the RECIEPT (authorized receipt by WALMART) of the products is always an advantage to claim refund or exchange. you can exchange or get refund also by verifying the purchase with a valid ID.
2. Validity to return. As per WALMART’s policies, the return timeframe is upto 90 days according to different products. Meaning one can exchange or return most of the products under 90 days from the purchase.
3. Purchased made using SNAP can only be exchanged with another SNAP eligible item.
4. In case of returning defected or damaged products, Walmart policy says it is necessary to note that no return or exchange will be entertained if the damage is because of customer’s fault. Walmart’s decision will be final, the Store Manager can refuse to accept returns.
5. Anything that is bought above , will be refunded in the original mode of the payment. Walmart can deny to compensate if their return and refund conditions are not met.
