Why Use Organic Skin Care Products?

Some people may ask "What is the importance of using organic skin care products as long as you are not consuming the product why should it matter?" That is a very good question indeed, however, the person asking may not know that our skin is the largest organ on our bodies and it absorbs everything that come into contact with it. private label bath and body products

Let's do a little experiment. Go to the store and pick up a generic bottle of lotion, if you don't already have one on hand. Turn it over and read the ingredients list. If this is your first time reading this list it may surprise you to see the majority of the contents are big long winded words that are almost impossible to pronounce. These are chemicals and some very dangerous ones at that. These chemicals can lead to certain forms of cancer, birth defects, skin conditions such as eczema, as well as rashes and many other skin conditions.

Over time as we use product after product we accumulate a buildup of toxins and chemicals in our bodies leading to fatigue, headaches, irritability, lack of mental clarity, digestive problems and the list goes on and on. The problem; since these toxins are relatively new to our evolutionary bodies, we don't yet have the internal detoxifying faculties to handle this buildup. The body has no choice but to store these toxins in as safe a place as it can find, our fat cells. This is another reason why sometimes the body holds onto these fat stores and refuses to let go as a method of preservation. Private Label Skin Care

This problem, though it may seem impossible to correct, can be rectified safely. The most effective way of removing toxins from the body is to get a really good detoxifying cleanse. I recommend doing it in parts to ensure your efforts are not undone. Start with a kidney and liver cleanse, then colon cleanse, and then finish with a full body cleanse. While you are in the process of cleansing, it will be most beneficial to switch to organic products to maintain your progress. If you are absolutely unable to obtain any organic products, go for the all natural variety. Make sure to go over the ingredients list on products claiming to be "all natural" because the term "all natural" isn't always created equal, and there are no set standards to regulate this claim. Check that it has a minimal amount of ingredients and that they are all easy to pronounce and readily found in nature and you should be okay.
