Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center admission decision depends entirely on the authorities of the college. The college never encourages middle men in the admission procedure. The students having good marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at 10+2 level of Board examinations can be considered for admission. The students must sit for the entrance test conducted by the Karnataka state government. The name and rank in the entrance test will also ensure a place in this institution. The candidates must be physically fit for entering into the college. The students must be at least 17 years of age for undergraduate level of studies.
Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center admission for post graduate studies need the students to pass the MBBS degree from MCI recognized college. The candidates must complete the internship period for getting a seat in MD courses. NRI quota and management seats are also present to a limited extent for the students coming from foreign countries to study here. These students have to pay a different fee structure than normal students. The general fee structure is set in accordance to the government norms. The fees set for the NRI students and management quota students are higher but they are offered equal status like the students entering through the merit selection process. The students must be able to show good performance and attitude for learning when they start and continue the medical education.
