College Hostels

These are hostel provided to the students by the particular college or university. The space allotted to stay here is for a set period, i.e. until the course is complete in that particular college. The student needs to follow the rules and regulation set by the hostels. It is beneficial for students staying here as they will remain disciplined and get help from their fellow classmates in studies. In fact, combined studies are what most students benefit from. Once you pay for these hostels then they provide you with food and all kind of cleaning services for your room and toilet. So you just need to focus on your studies.

Private Hostels

The private hostels have no fixed set time of duration as compared to college hostel. In fact, one can live as long as you like as long as rent is paid timely. These hostels may or may not provide food to students. It is also not sure that you get room and toilet-cleaning services, and there is high possibility that you need to hire a house cleaner or do it yourself.

Condominium

These are full-furnished flats where one or group of students can live together. Everything depends on the management and bonding among your fellow mates. However, it is important for you to understand that this stay is costlier than others, and you need to arrange everything yourself. You need to hire a home cleaner or house cleaner to provide all kinds of food and cleaning services.

Flats

 The flat stay is similar to that of a condominium but is available at a cheaper rate. It is highly beneficial for friends who are small in number, but are comfortable in each other’s company. They can easily afford a comfortable and peaceful stay as the more people in number; the higher are the chances of losing privacy and peace at home. This will also help them to have a pleasant stay and study in USA.  Therefore, if two people can afford a flat and stay together, they will live peacefully, thus giving necessary privacy required by each of them.
