The barrel of the machine adopts a special rubber plate lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining plate, which realizes automatic scar removal and tumor removal, eliminating the traditional scraper device. This machine has the characteristics of high ball strength, good appearance quality, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, low energy consumption, long service life, and convenient operation and maintenance.
Rotary drum granulator, in which steam, gas ammonia or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorous ammonia slurry, heavy calcium slurry are added to the machine to complete the chemical reaction and heat supply compound fertilizer granulation process; or The cold granulation process of NPK fertilizer production supplemented with a small amount of water. 1. Bracket part
The rotating part of the whole machine body is supported by the bracket and bears great force. 2. Transmission part

The main motor and reducer installed on the transmission frame are selected from ISO national inspection-free products, and the quality is reliable. The motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt, and reducer to the main shaft to make the body work. The transmission reducer is used in the main shaft working part, using nylon. 3. Big gear
