Seek advice from a doctor

First of all, it is important to discuss with a doctor how you can reduce cigarette smoking. The doctor will explain several ways that will be effective in reducing cigarette addiction. To stop smoking hypnotherapy is a purely psychotherapeutic process.  Hypnotherapy is a state of concentration and focuses similar to the trance achieved with the help of a hypnotherapist.  Hypnosis therapy is a form of psychotherapy, in the state of sleep or unconsciousness called hypnosis, it is used to cure the patient. The word Hypnosis derives from the Greek language "Hypnos" which means "sleep".   Hypnosis therapy uses techniques directed by a trained hypnotist to create a sense of peace, meditation, and focus deep inside the patient to achieve a trance-like state. This therapy is commonly used as an adjunct technique to psychotherapy.

During treatment with this therapy, therapists usually discuss with you what results you expect to get from this treatment and what methods they are going to use for treatment. Hypnosis changes our consciousness in such a way that the right part of our brain becomes inactive and the left part becomes more active. The right part of our brain does analytical work while the left part does non-analytical work. The hypnosis process tries to change our subconscious mind so that the problem can be eliminated from the root.  For example, if a person is afraid to speak on stage and wants to overcome this fear, then he can try to do so in many ways, but he does not get success until his subconscious mind does not remove this fear completely. Therefore it is necessary to remove addiction or deep-seated fear for improvement and this is done through hypnosis.
