A good trick to make wines and spirits look even more appealing is to allow light to shine through the clear glass, thus bringing the contents to life. The shape is also an important factor to consider and the best wine glasses are those with large bottoms and concave edges that close in toward the top. This keeps the aroma of the liquor quite well and focuses the smell toward the nose.
