Ingredients for making paneer butter masala in hindi:

Paneer - 250 grams
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 3 (sliced)
Green chili - 1-2 (chopped)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cream - 1/2 cup
Water - as needed


Paneer Butter Masala Recipe:
1. First of all, make a paste by grinding tomatoes, green chillies and ginger in a grinder.
2. Heat the oil and fry cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
3. Add tomato paste and fry it.
4. Now rub the red chilli powder and Kasuri methi by hand and mix it in the mixture.
5. Add cream, green coriander, garam masala, salt and water to the prepared spices and boil it.
6. Once the gravy comes to a boil, add cottage cheese and cover it.
7. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
8. Then add butter and mix.
9. Remove the prepared paneer butter masala recipe in a serving dish and garnish it with coriander and butter and serve with roti, parantha or naan.
