I don't know what kind of customer service training/rubic is used at P4P but it should be adopted by all service businesses. We went in for a walk through before making our decision and couldn't believe how detailed and attentive they were before we had even booked a reservation. I really like the report card I received every 3 days. They included a short video of my buddy out in the play area.They gave me reports on his temperament, if he’s eating well,if he’s drinking well etc. It was so reassuring to have the daily report cards, as I have never heard of that being done at any other boarding place.
