The movie Godzilla vs Kong, the exciting battle of two monsters, guess which one wins?

As the title suggests, the audience can already guess what is exciting about the film Godzilla Vs Kong. Of course, the visual effects that make each battle scene between these two monsters seem real. Similar techniques are applied in the films Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island (2017), and Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019).

When the Earth was at peace, Kong vacationed on a private island and Godzilla resided on the seabed. However, taking too long to relax has made Kong uneasy. He thought of the deaf little girl named Jia, an orphan and the last occupant of Skull Island. And Kong also wants to return to his hometown which is believed to be in the bowels of the Earth which is called Hollow Earth.

The group of scientists and security forces escorted Kong home. Unfortunately it was this procession that allegedly 'awakened' Godzilla from the bottom of the sea. This sea monster ravaged the area of Florida, United States. Kong did not stay silent, he tried to stop Godzilla's tantrum. The question is, what and who raised Godzilla?

Kong and Godzilla's actions have viewers 'flying' between skyscrapers or exploring the ocean. While fighting, Godzilla exhaled a destructive atomic breath, while Kong showed off his agile body. Another thing that the audience needed to anticipate was the terrified screams of the townspeople trying to save themselves. Be patient for every screeching sound in this film.

The Godzilla Vs Kong film features Madison Russell, played by Millie Bobby Brown. He becomes a character who understands the character of Godzilla. There are also geologists Nathan Lind (Alexander Skarsgård), anthropologists Ilene Andrews (Rebecca Hall), Josh Valentine (Julian Dennison), and Bernie Hayes (Brian Tyree Henry).

The director of Godzilla Vs Kong, Adam Wingard is able to present the right image accompanied by music from Tom Holkenborg which adds to the tension. When Kong and Godzilla fight, guess who wins? Take 1 hour 53 minutes to watch this film.

Godzilla vs. Kong: A Satisfying Battle of Two Legends

You don't need to watch previous Godzilla and Kong films from Legendary's MonsterVerse franchise to enjoy Godzilla vs. Kong. Before this film was released there were already three films related to Kong and Godzilla.
The first to be released was Godzilla in 2014 with director Gareth Edwards with Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen before she hit via WandaVision.

The second part of this franchise is Kong: Skull Island, which was released in 2017 with director Jordan Vogt-Roberts, which was enlivened by Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson and Brie Larson. The most recent being Godzilla: King of the Monsters, released in 2019 starring Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga and Millie Bobby Brown. Why don't you need to watch previous films to be able to enjoy this film?

Because this isn't the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The makers do not really care about logic or even the common thread between one film and another. Of the three films that have been released, only Millie Bobby Brown and Kyle Chandler appear again in this film. Other characters in previous films are sometimes discussed casually but often completely disappear like being swallowed up by the earth.

Written by Eric Pearson and Max Borenstein (from the stories of Terry Rossio, Michael Dougherty and Zach Shields), Godzilla vs. Kong told me about many things that eventually ended with the battle of these two legendary creatures. All of these filmmakers, including director Adam Wingard, are well aware that there is nothing to put logic into the story.

The end result is an exciting adventure even though every five minutes you will be reminded that this is just a movie. Something that wouldn't happen in the real world.

In this film we meet Dr. Nathan Lind (Alexander Skarsgard), a geologist who is offered Walter Simmons (Demian Bichir), a CEO of a well-known tech organization, to venture into the hollow earth. According to Lind's theory, the reason why godzilla could appear to the surface of the earth is because under our earth there is another world where ancient creatures like Godzilla and Kong could roam freely.

Lind initially hesitated with this offer. But Simmons has unlimited resources. Lind, who wanted to prove his theory was correct, finally agreed. And he also invited Dr. Ilene Andrews (Rebecca Hall) to participate. Why? Because Andrews is a doctor who for the past 10 years has been observing Kong. And Lind needs Kong to "lead" them to hollow earth.

Meanwhile Madison Russell (Millie Bobby Brown) is obsessed with the conspiracy theory podcast hosted by Bernie Hayes (Brian Tyree Henry). Hayes himself is a worker who works at Simmons' Apex. And he suspects that his company is covering up something.

Together with his friends, Josh Valentine (Julian Denison), Russell and Hayes finally get swept up in an investigation that proves the real reason why Godzilla has returned. There is not a single moment that makes sense in this film. Maybe that's why this filmmaker chose actors who usually play in the drama genre to be able to make the audience believe with every madness in this film.

But all the stupidity that exists in Godzilla vs. Kong did not reduce my enjoyment of watching this film because the presentation was quite convincing. This is Hollywood entertainment inside out. And the result is a very pleasant experience.

Once you forget all the nitty-gritty involving the human characters, Godzilla vs. Kong will take you on an exciting adventure. Even though the scene is cliché, but once the audience is invited to explore a new world, you will definitely be amazed.

The visuals are no joke. It is charming and looks very detailed. Especially if you watch it on the big screen. Every tree, creature and color stands out. But of course, the main reason you watch Godzilla vs. Kong is about to witness these two creatures fight. And Wingard as a director did not disappoint the audience at all.

There are several sequences involving a devastating battle between Godzilla and Kong and they all feel very jarring. Especially the endless climax. It feels great to see these two giants fighting each other over who is the strongest.

Even when you see tall buildings flattened and the death count may not be counted, watch Godzilla vs. Kong is really thrilling.

While the visuals of cinematographer Ben Seresin feast on the eye with its brilliant colors, the music of Tom Holkenborg fills the adrenaline the film needs with its blaring music. The collaboration between music, visual effects and perfect images finally makes Godzilla vs. Kong as entertainment that you must watch right now.
