World Of Warcraft Fans Band Together For "Fresh" Classic Server

World of Warcraft players are joining forces to recreate the leveling experience in one of the game's least populated Classic servers. The evergreen game was launched by Blizzard Entertainment back in 2004 to much acclaim, going from strength to strength. The MMO can credit its enduring popularity to continuous developer support, with new content and expansion packs being regularly added over the course of the last 15 years. To get more news about buy wow tbc gold, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

Blizzard's commitment to not only listen to community feedback but also incorporate fan suggestions has resulted in multiple expansions that have proven to be successful. For example, World of Warcraft Classic released in 2019 and essentially doubled the MMO'S player base. World of Warcraft still attracts a wide audience full of loyal fans. It is estimated around 5 million gamers still play the MMO globally.

According to Eurogamer, World of Warcraft players aim to improve the vanilla experience in the Classic version. The endeavor is being spearheaded by The Fresh Crusade, a community project comprising 1300 players and seven different guilds. Members hail from countries across the globe and are committed to creating new in-game avatars on a low population PvP server to make the experience fun again. It is all part of an effort to inject a fresh experience in World of Warcraft Classic by playing in a new server to improve leveling and community participation. The Fresh Crusade plans to focus on a low population server to pull this off. This decision has been fueled by the fact that many Classic players have been forced to level up individually. The servers have been so poorly populated that many are unable to find groups to complete dungeon quests alongside. Another major issue is botting, which typically leads to real money transactions (RMT) taking place. This causes in-game gold to be sold for real money, driving legitimate players out of the economy through high inflation.

Blizzard has confirmed that World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic will be arriving later this year. The announcement was made at Blizzard's 2021 BlizzCon event earlier this month. It is exciting news for players who are eager to explore original World of Warcraft content. This announcement hasn't done much to alleviate the concerns of World of Warcraft Classic players who fear they may be left behind. Fans will have the choice to either continue playing the current version of World of Warcraft Classic or move on to the Burning Crusade. The first major content update, Chains of Domination, is also on the way for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. Shadowlands has been a huge success since launching in October of last year, allowing players to explore realms of the afterlife and overhauling the game's leveling system.

Burning Crusade Classic will bring in some new elements that did not previously exist in World of Warcraft Classic, increasing the likelihood of attracting new gamers with an inclination for more advanced features. While Blizzard has made tangible efforts to engage with its fanbase, clearly more must be done to address the issue of botting and inflation of the in-game economy.
