The Canadian Dream-Another Immigration Option

Posted by Richard Pierce on April 10th, 2021

What if living in a modern society you could have all the family comforts you need and you could work after which you could spend time together with your family. You might still have to pull those long shifts on the job but you could be together with your family, when you need it most. Immigrating to Canada could be the ticket you are searching for, and with the added incentive of permanent residency, this is an option you would do well to consider.

A Government That Cares

One of the best free public healthcare and education systems in the world is in Canada. It is also the second safest country in the world and one of the proven immigration processes is the Canada PR process. As long as all due process is followed to the tee, the government's stance to immigration is very much pro. The minimum targets of the government for the amount of skilled foreign workers that they would be bringing in to Canada will be well over a million by 2021. It has never been a better time to consider immigrating to Canada.

A Superior Quality of Life

Canada has it all whether you want to spend your weeks BBQing with friends, fishing in lakes, etc. Canadians work hard and play harder and are one of the happiest nations on average. There is a healthy balance between work and private life and it is obvious to understand why that is the case. Canada is truly a country where anyone can make their dreams come true and be who they want to be being a country where there is so much to enjoy and experience. You and your future generations would be granted some of the best privileges in the world and have a greater potential than anywhere else. The Canada PR process is the culmination of the immigration system’s and the Canada government’s efforts to welcome you into the country.

My Immigration Options

Following a step by step tried and tested process is typically the best way to get things done, as with anything in life. If you follow these four steps, then you can uncomplicate the whole process.

  1. Choose a province or territory

North western Canada are from where all of the oil and gas rigs operate from. The provinces leading the way in oil and gas extraction are the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, British Columbia, Alberta, etc. You can go about securing a job offer and possibly applying for a provincial nomination once you know where you want to work.

2. Confirm your eligibility

You must be admissible to Canada, in order to immigrate to Canada. To determine the next step, confirming your eligibility will require you to provide important information.

3. Choose an immigration program

There are over 80 immigration pathways in Canada. The difference between obtaining permanent residence in a matter of months and saving a significant amount of money over having to reapply, pay processing fees again is what is meant by applying to the right one. An unnecessary headache that you just don’t wait.

Each program has their own set of requirements, forms and processing times.

4. Submit Your Applications

You will need to apply for a temporary foreign work permit, aside from your permanent residency application, you will also become eligible for more immigration streams, such as the Canadian Experience Class, an immigration stream within the Express Entry Program, as you work in Canada and understand more about the Canada PR regulations. You want to be sure it is complete and filled in correctly the first time, as applications can be rejected for the smallest of reasons when your permanent residency application is submitted.
