The common symptoms of tennis elbow condition may include any of the following: Throbbing, burning pain, elbow stiffness, difficulty in wrist movement due to repetitive motion and aggravation, difficulty in gripping/holding objects, muscle soreness, and pain across the outer forearm. Treatment

Tennis elbow mostly happens due to sports/recreational activities, work-related tasks, falls, and accidents. It is a condition that mostly affects adult people aged above 50. However, nowadays it’s common condition for people working in offices and workers who use their hands in job-related activities.

There are different methods of treating elbow pain and injuries that include application of braces, splint, physical therapies, ointments, medicines, and surgeries. The treatment depends on various factors like the severity of injury, age, health condition, and common individual activities.
