7 Central Attacking Midfielders that need to be upgraded in FIFA 16

Posted by esogoldforsale on July 7th, 2015

No matter your style on FIFA 15 Coins  every player can appreciate a strong attacking midfielder. You can use them to create space with their movement and dribbling or to thread through intricate assists. Above all else everyone loves smashing in goals from outside the box. Some fans prefer not to use attacking midfielders but most of us think they’re brilliant. Looking forward to FIFA 16 we think they’re going to have a big role to play.

To that end we’ve picked out seven players who we’ve been really impressive over the past season and therefore deserve a big upgrade. Each of these players has differing traits but they all excel in the number ten position.

Some of the players will only get very small upgrades but others could see very big changes due to how well they’ve been playing. One thing that all of these seven have in common is their love for goals because after all that is the key area both in FIFA and real life. Here are the players that deserve an upgrade in FIFA 16.

Kevin de Bruyne – Wolfsburg

There were few players who enjoyed a better 2014-15 season than Kevin de Bruyne who looks totally liberated having left Chelsea permanently. No player in Europe’s top five leagues managed more assists than De Bruyne last season (20) and he managed to weigh in with ten goals as well. It was no surprise that he was named as the Bundesliga Player of the Season and we expect him to be one of the stars of FIFA 16.

On FIFA 15 De Bruyne is rated as 83 and he is the best player on this list. After his exploits last season we expect him to go up to 85 and frankly he could go as high as 86 given how good he’s been. All of his stats deserve a small upgrade rather than one stat needing a bit boost and these little tweaks should give him the overall rise that he needs.

Roberto Firmino – Liverpool

The signing of Roberto Firmino has certainly got Liverpool fans excited and looking to FIFA 16 they could be one of the best 4.5 star teams. Firmino managed seven goals, ten assists and 69 chances created last season. On top of that he won 140 take-ons which was the second highest of any player in Europe’s top five leagues aged 23 or under.

We reckon that his big move to Liverpool, combined with his fine form over the past 12 months, will see him get a nice little boost on FIFA 16. This means a likely rise to 82 or 83 and we think that like De Bruyne it will be a more general increase rather than one or two noticeable changes.

Gylfi Sigurdsson – Swansea City

Here at Squawka we’re very excited about Swansea City and the project that they are creating. One of the players that we are particularly fond of is Gylfi Sigurdsson who has really impressed since returning to Wales from Tottenham Hotspur. Last season he managed ten assists in the Premier League which was behind only Cesc Fabregas and Santi Cazorla.

We think his passing stats deserve a bit of a boost and although they’re high his long shots and free-kick accuracy could also both go up. He really is a set-piece master and his all round game is improving all the time. He should definitely go up to 80 in our eyes and a rise up to 81 would certainly not be out of the question.

Franco Vazquez – Palermo

Paulo Dybala was the name generating all the headlines in Sicily but Franco Vazquez was just as impressive. Vazquez, who was born in Argentina but has nationalised for Italy, scored ten goals and managed ten assists, one of just three players in Serie A to manage to get to double figures in both. Whilst Dybala has managed to secure a big move to Juventus Vazquez remains with Palermo for now.

Nevertheless that doesn’t mean that he should be ignored, in FIFA 16 we think he could be receiving a very big boost. He went up by five in January to 72 but he could rise by another five up to the high 70s. His shooting, dribbling and passing could all do with boosts and these widespread changes are bound to have a positive impact on his overall rating.

No player in Serie A recorded more assists than Franco Vazquez (10) last season.

Javier Pastore – PSG

Sometimes there is nothing better in football than when a player totally manages to prove his doubters wrong. At the end of the 2013-14 season one of the biggest headaches for PSG was Javier Pastore, signed from Palermo for a huge fee. The Argentine had often sparkled but never on a consistent basis. However last season he really started to show what he is capable of with five goals and 12 assists.

On FIFA he’s still a good player and we think that he only needs a very small rise, perhaps to his passing. We don’t think that Pastore is going to be someone to set FIFA 16 alight but he definitely deserves recognition for what he achieved last season.

Only Dimitri Payet had a higher number of assists in Ligue 1 last season than Javier Pastore.

Max Meyer – Schalke

It seems absolutely incredible to think that Max Meyer is still just 19 given how long he has been around. Last season was one of progression for Meyer and he started to become more of an important player for the team as opposed to their exciting young star. He managed five goals and they often came at important times.

9 celebrations that we want to see on FIFA 16

In FIFA 16 he is likely to go into the high 70s after spending FIFA 15 at 75. We’d expect his finishing to get bumped up from where it is now (69) and a boost for his physical attributes as he gets older. Schalke are a very popular team on FIFA and there’s no reason why they won’t be again on FIFA 16.

Max Meyer was Schalke's third highest scorer in the league last season.

Nabil Fekir – Lyon

Unlike Vazquez Nabil Fekir certainly got a lot of attention and praise for his performances last season despite being in the shadow of a bigger name, in this case Alexandre Lacazette. Fekir scored 13 goals last season and he was one of the breakout stars of the Ligue 1 season. Playing either alongside Lacazette or just off the forward he was impresive throughout the season.

Like Vazquez Fekir received a five point boost during the January update and like the Palermo man we expect him to go even higher in FIFA 16. His finishing and long shots both have to come up out of the 60 zone and his curve, free-kick accuracy and passing should all rise. Can he go higher than 80? It’s by no means certain but it’s definitely possible. If Lyon can keep hold of both Lacazette and Fekir they will once again be one of the most enjoyable teams to use in FIFA 16.Cheap FIFA 15 Coins.

Nabil Fekir (L) and Alexandre Lacazette (R) scored 40 league goals between them for Lyon last season.
