Then I changed my email to a yahoo email address they stated would provide me no problems. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was since I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, however when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then client service tells me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent and they do not understand when they head out via e-mail. When I asked for a supervisor or various contact information, they stated they don't have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these life time memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and horrible client service. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly solve any concerns. Absolutely nothing even near outright incompetence I have actually experienced here.
