I have actually not been able to get a single email from any publication that I have actually belonged to for months now.

Initially they told me they will check out it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. This occurred numerous times after I was told my e-mail address had actually been updated. Then they informed me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my email to a yahoo e-mail address they said would provide me no issues. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they informed me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my membership, but when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer care informs me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent out and they do not know when they go out through e-mail. When I requested a supervisor or various contact details, they stated they do not have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and awful customer care. I am part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly solve any problems. Nothing even close to absolute incompetence I have actually experienced here.
