I have actually not been able to receive a single e-mail from any publication that I have been a member of for months now.

First they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. This happened several times after I was told my email address had been updated. Then they told me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my email to a yahoo e-mail address they stated would give me no issues. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, however when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer care tells me on their end, it shows nothing was sent and they do not know when they go out via e-mail. When I asked for a supervisor or various contact information, they stated they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and horrible customer support. I belong to other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly resolve any problems. Absolutely nothing even close to outright incompetence I have actually experienced here.
