I have actually not had the ability to get a single e-mail from any publication that I have actually been a member of for months now.

Initially they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened a number of times after I was told my email address had actually been updated. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my e-mail concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original email service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo email address they stated would offer me no problems. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, however when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then customer care informs me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent and they don't know when they go out through email. When I requested for a supervisor or various contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and horrible consumer service. I belong to other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly fix any problems. Absolutely nothing even near outright incompetence I have experienced here.
