I have not been able to get a single e-mail from any publication that I have been a member of for months now.

Initially they told me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong e-mail address. This took place numerous times after I was told my e-mail address had actually been updated. Then they told me they will do an intensified case to trace my email concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo email address they said would offer me no concerns. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was due to the fact that I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then customer support informs me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent out and they don't understand when they go out via email. When I requested for a supervisor or various contact info, they stated they don't have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and horrible client service. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly resolve any problems. Nothing even near to absolute incompetence I have experienced here.
