I have not been able to receive a single e-mail from any publication that I have been a member of for months now. First they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong e-mail address. This occurred a number of times after I was told my e-mail address had been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my email issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original email service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my email to a yahoo email address they said would provide me no problems. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was since I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did. I called again and they informed me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my subscription, however when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer support tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they don't understand when they go out by means of email. When I requested for a manager or different contact details, they said they do not have any. I paid near to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and terrible consumer service. I belong to other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly resolve any concerns. Absolutely nothing even near to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
