I have not had the ability to receive a single email from any publication that I have actually been a member of for months now. First they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened several times after I was told my email address had actually been upgraded. Then they informed me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original email service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my email to a yahoo e-mail address they stated would give me no problems. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did. I called once again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my subscription, but when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted https://matthew-sharpe.net/ which I did. Still absolutely nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer care informs me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent out and they do not understand when they head out by means of e-mail. When I asked for a manager or various contact information, they stated they do not have any. I paid close to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and horrible customer care. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly deal with any concerns.
