I called once again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, but when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, very same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then client service informs me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent out Check out here and they don't know when they go out through email. When I requested for a manager or different contact information, they stated they do not have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and dreadful customer support. I belong to other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly resolve any problems.
