First they told me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was Click for info sent and they do not know when they go out by means of email. When I requested for a manager or various contact information, they said they do not have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and dreadful customer support. I belong to other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly solve any issues.
