Then I was informed my initial e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo email address they stated would offer me no problems. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my membership, however when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, very same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services click here sent out updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it shows nothing was sent out and they don't know when they head out via email. When I requested a supervisor or various contact details, they said they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and horrible customer care. I become part of other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to rapidly solve any issues. Nothing even near to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
