I have not been able to get a single e-mail from any publication that I have actually belonged to for months now.

First they informed me they will look into it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened several times after I was informed my email address had actually been upgraded. Then they informed me they will do an escalated case to trace my e-mail problem, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original email service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo email address they said would give me no issues. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was since I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then client service tells me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent out and they don't understand when they go out by means of e-mail. When I asked for a manager or various contact information, they stated they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these life time subscriptions total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and dreadful customer care. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly fix any concerns. Absolutely nothing even near absolute incompetence I have experienced here.
