2015 Cars and Stripes Forever Event!Posted by jackowl49 on July 21st, 2015 Cars & Stripes Forever is said to be an annual pre-4th of July celebration held at one of the nation’s biggest and the most popular port, the Port of Los Angeles. Free pre-Independence Day celebration with live bands, classic car show and a stunning fireworks finale at the Gateway Plaza Fanfare Fountain, located at Harbor Blvd and Swinford Street, in San Pedro. This year the celebrations will be held on 2nd July, 2015, from 5 to 10 p.m. The event will be totally free and is going to be a complete fun. The location of the event is Gateway Plaza Fanfare Fountain, 425 South Palos Verdes Street, San Pedro, CA 90731, USA. The occasion features live music on two stages featuring One Ten South, Warehouse One, Dave Widow, Identity Crisis, Daddyos and Radio Active. It’s the Port of Los Angeles’ 7th Annual Cars and Stripes Forever, with live band music on different stages, food trunks, beer garden, classic cars and spectacular fireworks galore. The Car Show features more than 100 classic cars and a special display of the 2015 Mustang by the Southern California Ford Dealers. Fireworks are expected to occur at 9:15 p.m followed by the Car & Stripes Forever conclusion.
