We purchased the Solo Range Bonfire so our author might put it to the test in her own yard. Keep reading for our full product evaluation. When you go camping, you expect to construct a campfire. This can take hours from gathering wood and eliminating debris from the individuals who used the campfire pit prior to you, consisting of the time to developing a bonfire and stiring the flames. Now you can get rid of additional time and hassle by bringing a portable pit with you to your next outdoor camping adventure. It is handy to set up in an instant in your backyard, too.

The Solo Range Bonfire is a 19. 5 inch-wide wood-burning fire pit made of highly resilient, premium-grade stainless-steel. The steel drum has a minimal style and polished finish that didn't take away from the old-school campfire visual we were looking forand it looked simply as great when it wasn't burning. The Spruce/ Deanna Mc, Cormack The pit itself is developed for the most efficient fire you've ever experienced. It's a double-wall wood-burning firepit. The flames build from two areas. It has a base that allows oxygen to directly sustain the coal from the bottom and vent holes near the top of the container that permit heated oxygen to fuel existing flames.

Even if you're as familiar with outside campfires as we are, using this fire pit will totally amaze you. The fire in our Solo Range was greater and hotter than any fire we've ever developed with hardly any effort. It was easy to spark and we truly could not believe for how long the fire lasted. One of the Solo Stove's finest features is that it claims to produce less smoke than your average fire. We felt we like we might sit closer to the fire without smoke in our face and also pitch our tents/park our cars and truck closer to the fire without needing to stress over excess smoke drafting in.

We would not choose the Bonfire as a heat source while winter season outdoor camping or for someone who gets cold feet. Likewise, like an oven, it burns through wood quicker since it preserves a greater temperature. Establishing and putting away the Bonfire takes about a minute. Aside from the fire ring which helps focus the heat, the entire drum is one piece and completely it just weighs about 20 lbs. The entire thing is simple to move given that it's fairly light-weight considering its size and burn power. Provided its size, the best location for a Solo Range Bonfire is in a backyard or for an over night car outdoor camping trip.

The Spruce/ Deanna Mc, Cormack We utilized our Bonfire while vehicle outdoor camping instead of the pre-existing fire pit in order to avoid developing a fire over other individuals's remaining garbage. We conserved cash on fire beginners and we were able to "leave no trace" when we left. The Bonfire consists of a black nylon bring bag with a drawstring, manage, and Solo Range logo. The walls of the Solo Stove get very hot while a fire is lit, so we had to be extra cautious with our young kid near the fire. Also, as with any fire pit, you need to get to know your local burn laws and no burn days before trying your Solo Range.
