A Six Sigma master black belt is an important part of the employee constituency of an organization. The role this person plays is highly strategic in nature. An L6 Sigma Master BB identifies processes for improvement and then does the improvement by executing projects that are run by a team. However, a master black belt is not formed just like that. This ensures that every participant is able to make the most of these classes.
