I called once again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my subscription, but when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then customer care informs me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent and they do not understand when they head out via email. When I requested a supervisor or various contact info, they stated they do not have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions total, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and dreadful customer care. I become part of other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly solve any problems.
