I have not had the ability to get a single e-mail from any publication that I have been a member of for months now. First they informed me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This took place a number of times after I was told my e-mail address had been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an intensified case to trace my email concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my email to a yahoo email address they stated would offer me no issues. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did. I called once again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my membership, however when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then client service informs me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent and they don't understand when they head out via e-mail. When I requested for a supervisor or various contact information, they stated they don't have any. I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime memberships total, and I Visit website am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and dreadful customer care. I belong to other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to rapidly deal with any issues. Nothing even close to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
