Therefore the question is, do we really take ourselves seriously whenever we talk about wanting to be healthy, wanting to look young, and wanting to live longer? We say all of this until 1 day we find ourselves in a significant situation, and then those paraphrases mean nothing. In order to live a wholesome life, it means changing our overall lifestyle. Once that change has been put into action, it means never going back to doing things we used to before. How many of us are willing to make such a sacrifice? Until we are able to truly understand what the right priorities are, only then are we in a position to make that important change for ourselves and for our families.
