You are able to include diverse calming elements around you such as plant or flowers, or maybe you need to light a candle. Anytime you are ready to start your meditation, obtain a comfortable posture and close your eyes.

Step 2

Focus on the root chakra region within your body. Visualize a tiny ball of red light at the region. This light is extremely weak and wants healing. Take a deep breath in by means of your nose, and guide the air towards your root area. Envision the air as a wind filled with energy and love. When the air reaches the root chakra, see how the location starts to glow plus the red light get brighter and larger. Now exhale the air and consider your self exhaling unfavorable energies from your chakra. The now brighter red ball of light at the root take inside the energy in the air and becomes a little smaller sized again, yet far more intense.

Step 3

Take yet another deep breath and like ahead of, direct the inhaling air towards the root chakra. Energize the chakra using the constructive wind and see the ball of light having bigger and more powerful. Just as you did just before, think about that the air you might be now exhaling, is drained air that removes all negativity from your chakra. Think about the red ball of light obtaining stronger, brighter and much more strong for each inhalation that you simply take. Take your time and usually do not rush this exercise. Try to really really feel the difference.

Step 4

As the energy ball continues to have larger and bigger, it's going to commence to expand out of your body and attain your aura. The light will leak out into your surrounding aura and energize that at the same time. Make your root chakra as robust and balanced as you may and if it is doable, make an effort to really feel the vibration on the energy.

Do this root chakra meditation for 20 to 30 minutes and also the slowly open your eyes and return to your day feeling far more energized and much more balanced.
