When I asked for a manager or various contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and dreadful client service. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly deal with any concerns.
