3 Things to Consider When Designing Your Keller Williams Real Estate Signs

Posted by Jen Hartley on May 12th, 2021

Real Estate Signs are an essential marketing tool that every real estate agent should leverage. Most real estate agents do not realize that real estate signs are vital to building your brand and getting attention in your farm, just like car magnets.

Having a sign outside your home or a property you have just listed or sold attracts a lot of attention. Be it an open house or just potential prospects scouting a neighborhood, your real estate sign will tell let them know that you are actively engaged in helping prospects sell or buy homes.

By choosing the right Keller Williams real estate signs, you can attract the attention of the leads and convert them into customers. For this, you will have to choose the right sign design! Here is how you can get it done:

How to find the right real estate signs?

  1. The design & Content

Please keep it simple. Keller Williams Realty has detailed brand standards. Make sure you follow those guidelines. The only information that should go on your real estate signs is the purpose of the signage, which could be "For Sale," "Open House," or just an informational sign.

Your name title, DRE# in some states, and a prominent Cell Number, along with any disclaimers or designations, are the only other information needed on your real estate sign.

      2. Readability

Ensure that your signage uses the fonts, Text, and images per your companies' brand standards. The Text should be clear and should have a reasonable font size to be read by someone from a distance of at least 15-20 feet when driving by a property with your signage.

It is best to choose a background that provides adequate contrast to the Text to be legible and clear.

  1. Material

There is a large variety of substrates available on which signs can printed. Some of the most common substrates that are available are Aluminum and Coroplast. These are also available in different thicknesses. The thicker the material, the more expensive a sign will be.
