Walmart's Electronic Return Policy
You can normally return any item purchased from Walmart.com or a store within 90 days.
Some of the electronic products purchased from Walmart require a purchase receipt for their successful return.
Products purchased via postpaid can be returned to the store within 14 days of the purchase in their original quality, undamaged, and with the purchase receipt.
Drones, computers, digital cameras, digital music players, camcorders, portable video players, e-readers, e-tablets, prepaid cell phones, video game hardware, and GPS units have to be returned within 15 days with a valid receipt.
The return of the electronics is allowed comparing the seriousness of the defects of the product.
The original purchase receipt is required for any price adjustment at the Walmart store.
When you want to return with the receipt
Products returned at the stipulated period are highly eligible for full refunds using the initial payment method.
Products bought in cash or cheque will get a cash refund.
Refund for credit card purchases will be sent to the same credit card of purchase, in case that credit card is unavailable or invalid, the refund will be provided in a gift card by scanning the TC number of the receipt.
If a receipt shows debit for an item bought using a debit card, then a refund is done to the debit card or by cash.
In cases where the debits are not seen, payment refunds are made to the same debit cards.
Although, when the debit card is unavailable during the time the TC number on the receipt is scanned, the refund is refined to the gift card.
Returns without receipt:
The non-receipted form of return is only possible when Walmart accepts the government-issued ID of the customer and only when Walmart's verification process allows it.

The refund will be given to the same credit card in case the customer has used credit at the time of the payment.
