Bioware just announced that the issue about players can't get rewards in Conquest will be fixed next Tuesday, and players can craft as usual to get rewards when swtor 4.0 comes. However, many players told that they still cannot get their conquest achievements and titles when spend many swtor credits in crafting. Swtor conquest issue will be fixed with 4.0 on October 20

If you are a big crafter, you may have heard of, or even experienced the problem that Conquest rewards were not being granted at the beginning of October. Bioware also told they would turn off Conquest events for at least one month from the early access of Knights of the Fallen Empire on October 20 to fix the problem. However, he just now announced on forum that this issue will be fixed when 4.0 releases along with the debut of Kotfe, meaning players needn't wait another month for their Guild and Personal rewards. Still, before it is resolved on October 20, the Conquest event may still be in a broken state.

Many players cannot get conquest achievements and titles

When Bioware announced to fix conquest rewards issue, there is another concern - Did they find the bug with the conquest achievements and titles and fix that? Compared to guild rewards, maybe players care more about the achievements/titles, which is always the expressed purpose of crafters. Many players indicated on the forum that they still don't receive the title when conquered before. And some told some of their guild got the achievement and title from winning the planet, while others did not. 
Some guessed that maybe it was because the customer services rep messed up the legacies of dozens of guild members while trying to grant a missing title to someone. As far as Swtor2credits concerned, even if it is not the case, to avoid this situation, the officials should make sure the new implementation grants the legacy title, the planetary achievement and updates the galactic conqueror success tracker.

Keep opening tickets to claim back your achievements & titles

If you have spend millions of credits for swtor, and a lot of time on the conquest and the main reason for it is the title, you will be quiet pissed of losing it. It is likely that Bioware will fix this and give you the deserved title, but if you want to solve this as soon as possible, just keep opening tickets to claim it back. Make sure that if you opened the tickets and marked them as "BUG" they will close without any further communication. In this case, keep adding the ticket # that got cancelled, state in very clear language, and don't clear this ticket until you have Achievement / Tilte rewarded. Or you can call them, PM the community manager to show the problem.
