Les Maisons Nassim is a new luxury residential development in Singapore's Core Central Region, situated in the District 10 neighborhood. It is located in the Tanglin Planning Area, and the property is in the country's most coveted and prominent location, Nassim Road, which is where many ultra-rich name their houses.

The property plot is located between The Beaufort on Nassim and the Japanese Embassy. It is also just across the street from Nassim Park Residences on Nassim Road. This strategic position is only minutes away from all of life's comforts while remaining in an exclusive and peaceful setting that provides lush vegetation, solitude, and tranquillity to those who live here.

Les Maisons Nassim was built on the site of a home that used to stand on 14 and 14A Nassim Road. This property is said to have formerly been home to members of the Tan family who owned Siang Kuang, an investment advice business. There are rumors on the streets that the family named Siang Kuang Avenue, which is situated off Macpherson Road and presently houses an interim park.

The mansion was situated on a 66,452 square foot freehold tract of land. Shun Tak Holdings, a Hong Kong listed business, successfully bought this block of property in June 2018. Shun Tak Holdings will build the plot into a fresh new upscale residential complex with a total gross floor space of up to 93,033 square feet thanks to a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The purchase price for this property piece was 8 million, which equates to ,744 per square foot per plot ratio when the development fee is included in.

According to the developer, this purchase, together with another property tract formerly owned by Park House (now known as Park Nova) and bought around the same time period, would enable the business to expand its current Singapore portfolio, which includes commercial and hotel properties. These purchases will add a residential component to the mix. According to Shun Tak Holdings' Executive Chairman, the business has been aggressively seeking for investment possibilities outside of its home base of Greater China, with Singapore's rapid development posing as one of its strategic priorities.

Originally home to Singapore's pioneer aristocracy, this amazingly exclusive and distinctive private residential district will be distinguishing Les Maisons Nassim as the desirable destination for the discriminating and privileged few, with elegant shopping, top-class hotels, embassies, Good Class Bungalows, and some of the greatest Michelin Star Restaurants.

This is a high-status enclave in the heart of the city. Future homeowners will be able to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site directly in their own backyard. They might take a leisurely walk down to the famous Botanical Gardens, an 82-hectare tropical wonderland that will delight their senses.

Residents may also travel 5 minutes to Demspey Hill, which is a great hideaway for the Nassim metropolitan community to rest and unwind. They might also be surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants, custom luxury labels, and high fashion's newest brands on the Orchard Shopping Belt, a 2 km-long entertainment center.
