There is a big difference between problem solving and positivity with creative thinking. Creative thinking and problem solving are now two distinct things. They are not related. In fact, the very best leaders in the company world are problem solvers and creative thinkers.
It may seem like a no brainer. Problem solving and positivity are the exact same thing. It would be simple to call problem solving and positivity precisely the same thing as well. Somebody who sees something that everyone else doesn't see and includes a distinctive solution.
And, that's what problem solvers do. They consider things from different angles and they think beyond the box. Problem solvers are creative problem solvers, not problem-solving machines. They use their imagination to find the answers and they use their intuition to find the answers also.
