What You Should STUDY FROM College #7 - Understanding how to Budget

As we grow up and appearance back to our time spent in school, we always take into account the teachers that left the biggest impact. For the grade school it could be the teacher that taught us about science the most. For high school it may have already been the teacher who taught us about literature and its importance. For college it should be the teacher who taught us about credit and budgeting, because other than learning basic math and to read and write, finances will be the most important thing we are able to learn in school, and that goes quite a distance even in college. The best college class I've ever taken had nothing in connection with being easy, in fact it had been hard. Not since it was a hard class, but because I must say i wanted to learn everything I could. In that class we learned the fundamentals of financing including; budgeting, credit, loans, saving, investing, and much more. I have used the items from that class a lot more than any other I have taken in college, and the fact is that was probably the most useful. I learned the ultimate way to set a budget would be to first base it on what I earn, and then to save lots of on my monthly expenses like; rent, loan payments, insurance, credit card, cellular phone, television, internet, utilities, and anything else. Homework was predicated on researching the perfect deals like for a cell phone, who offers the best rates, the best contracts, more value for your money, etc? Additional info was very valuable to me when i got older and I still utilize it today.
