Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centre and Central Payroll

A standard pay period can now be scheduled and completed with just some clicks of the keyboard, and all the payroll calculations are automatically performed. In this article, I will discuss the features of payroll in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Center

Company Workflow: In the new features section of Microsoft Dynamics 365-Business Center there are two new workflows that have been added. The first workflow eliminates the need for the company to ever again deal with the complicated process of designing workflows. You simply define the rules you want your employees to follow, then let them go to work. There are no more complex steps required on the user's end, everything is clearly defined, click, and execute. This is certainly a great workflow for any sized company. 

Enhanced Reporting: The second new feature of the business center application is the enhanced reporting capabilities. The user interface has been greatly enhanced to allow users to easily view and track nearly all metrics related to their work. Metrics include the number of visits, sales, active hours, open jobs, etc. With the new feature, you also have the ability to drill down into specific reports, allowing you to see more information in less time. The ability to drill down provides users with a quick way to identify what information might be of interest to them. 

Enhanced Contact Management: The third new feature in the 365 business central series is the new Contact Management module. Users are able to manage their contact details and set reminders, call them, send them notes and even search for them. In addition, the contact management module can be used to set up recurring events, so you don't have to do it manually every time. The automated process ensures that there is never any confusion as to who is getting the messages.

Business Center/Online Accounts: The business center and online accounts module bring together all of your customer, vendor, bank, and social media accounts together under one convenient interface. This allows you to connect seamlessly with all of your customers and vendors in order to make better business decisions. In addition, this streamlines the workflow of your business, allowing you to spend more time managing the business, instead of working to maintain different systems. This also helps you to increase the efficiency of your workflows by consolidating all of your daily tasks into a single, easy-to-use interface. The enhancements to the workflow of the online accounts further increase productivity. 

Enhanced Document Management: With the integration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the documents are updated and stored in the cloud, eliminating the need to keep these documents offline.
