EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques and Chiropractic

Posted by Lundgreen McCurdy on June 1st, 2021

I have noticed recently that many of my patients haven't ever got word of EFT (aka the Emotional Freedom Techniques). Perhaps they'd seen the acronym on the side bar of my newsletter but never inquired further. Others are conscious of my lady Alina is only one of a few certified trainers of EFT on the planet with Dawson Church, director and EFT Universe, one of several three most primary certifying organizations. The rest of you could wonder what EFT and Chiropractic relate to one another and just how could they often be used in a mutually supportive way. I figured who's was about time will answer that question. As hop over to here , I most often check out my patients' needs regarding how I will assist them in cutting pain and increasing their body's function. Chiropractic has always focused on removing nerve interference therefore the body can better heal itself. That idea goes completely returning to DD Palmer and chiropractic's inception. Coincidentally, I overheard Alina only the other day explaining EFT as a means of removing energy interference in the body that whenever present, slow up the body's ability to heal. Hmmm, how similar is always that? EFT can be referred to as an emotional version of acupuncture, but without needles. It is wonderful like a self-help technique that can be learned and used on ones own, whereas chiropractic adjustments won't be self-administered. So one might ask why I would ever make use of a technique which could decrease the dependence on my services? The simple answer is that some physical issues I view as primarily mechanical, with a psychological or energetic component intertwined. Other patients present pain from stress, life patterns or behaviors which might be primarily due to past behaviors that no more serve them that need to be witnessed and become a new challenge. EFT is fabulous for achieving that. To offer you a perception of when I use EFT, here are a couple examples. Recently someone started in while using recent start of migraines, which began equally as their husband started having panic and anxiety attacks. Another was suffering from panic and anxiety concise how the he felt that his head would explode anf the husband had a future long airplane trip as well as a coinciding fear of flying. Another were only available in with chronic back pain which he noted increased when he looked at anger connected with a recent marital separation. The intertwining relationship of physical ailments with emotional stresses are infinite. Too often patients were advised that their symptoms were in their head. This was not really a complimentary diagnosis, and basically meant that the symptoms were psychosomatic, or that this physician figured the patient was "making all this up." Psyche (mind) and Soma (physical body) are needless to say related, how could they not? The moment you've pain, you might have a contemplated it then often follows an emotion, which then causes neurotransmitters to be removed within the brain which then producing hormones being released to the bloodstream which then carries a physiological affect on things like heart rate, blood pressure levels, immune response, etc. So obviously our fitness and psyche journey together. So, how do chinese medicine for energy decide when you wear my chiropractic hat and when do I slip on my EFT hat? There are no rules, just intuition. Sometimes, I utilize it when what I thought would help is not helping sufficiently. Sometimes learn the facts here now feel that there is something not being said and it's also a means for the patient to express something critical that they did not feel was highly relevant to their presenting complaint. In any of the ways it presents, using EFT more often than not surprises me with its ease and its effectiveness.
