To claim this old companion, the prerequisite is that Rakghoul event must be active since Lokin's final mission is to deploy 4 probes in the Rakghoul tunnels. 1. Find and Speak with Eckard Lokin.

Still, some people have found and feed Scritchy to earn achievements successfully. If you are seeking the way to work out, just read on.
1. The secret achievement is associated with the Alliance Recruit Eckard Lokin. Once you have recruited him he stands near a console in the Military hangar near Admiral Aygo.
2. Now you can find the Thranta Meat Snack Box on the console. Click on it and you get temporary ability pop up called 'Throw Thranta Snack'.
3. Then find a Rakghoul called Scritchy that hides in the rafters, near pipes in the roof of the hangar bay or above the console screens. Note he is never in the same spot, he moves around. Get within 30m to throw the Thranta Snack at him.
4. After that, you can unlock a hidden achievement called "There you are!" which unlocks a daily called "Feeding Scritchy". You can only feed Scritchy once per day. You have to feed him 10 times to complete the achievement.
