After receiving the invitation, the messenger will ask you to see Ambassador Lazgara in your starting city. Speak to her and she’ll arrange a transportation to the Merchant’s Gate in Wrothgar.
As soon as you arrive in Wrothgar, immediately seek for the caravan to finish the quest.

Note: There are other ways to enter Orsinium: if you are in the neighboring zones of Stormhaven or Bangkorai, you can easily go to Wrothgar through the gates .
