Hindu God Statues - What do they mean to Hindus?

His statues illustrate a Yogi who has snake around his neck and also a third eye on the forehead. The linga or lingam of Lord Shiva is also worshipped in the country.

Lord Krishna - The avatar of God Vishnu - Several Hindu communities worship Lord Krishna. His statues come in numerous forms such as Laddu Gopal, Bal Krishna, Radhe-Krishna etc. Most of the statues of Lord Krishna are in shades of blue to depict his dark skin color. The statue of Radha-Krishna expresses the eternal love story that will always be an important part of Hindu Indian culture.

Lord Rama - The Maryada Purushottam - Lord Rama is considered as the most perfect human. He is the Lord and virtue and the journey of his life is supposed to the a great example of Dharma. According to Hindu Scriptures, Lord Rama was the King of Ayodhya and the severn avtar of Lord Vishnu. The statues of Rama with Sita and Laxman are worshipped together and are known as the perfect combination of love, brotherhood, devotion and duty.
