Por Que Debuket is not a restaurant that you would normally associate with Indonesian food. It is located in Denpasar, an old town in Central Java. This small town is located on the East Java coast about an hour from the coastal city of Surabaya. While the majority of the restaurant's customers are from Surabaya, the restaurant has also been known to have customers from other cities like Jakarta and Makassar. The atmosphere of this establishment is quiet and serene. cirugia of the tables are laid out and there are only a few chairs scattered throughout the area. The porch is very large and seating can be found around a large wooden table. The menu consists of a variety of local favorites such as chicken kebabs, papadoms, lechon sausages, Manang, rice cakes and malas. For dessert, there are numerous specialty dishes including mangoes and lychee. The porque is known for serving authentic Javaalian cuisine. Many of their dishes use white rice. The porque uses a traditional method of making rice vinegar. This process adds a lot of flavoring to the rice. This allows the porque to offer an abundance of different types of unique and tasty fare. A very popular dish that can be found on the porque menu is Manang. Manang is a dish that originates from Indonesia. The name Manang is derived from the phrase "manang" which means "boiled rice". This dish usually consists of a mix of rice vinegar, fish sauce, onion and spices. Served with a grilled pork chop, making can be a delicious meal. This dish can be added to the menu any day of the week. A typical porque menu will consist of Manang, Malanga, a rice soup called malanga, and a vegetable called pinto. Malanga is a dish made with brown rice, egg white, and coconut milk. It is often served with a tapa, which is a coconut flute shaped container filled with red wine. A wonderful way to enjoy some traditional and delicious agruras that is served on the porque table is to have it steamed. Steaming is a practice that originated in central Mexico. A porque owner will often place some fresh steamed vegetables on the top of each plate. Then, they will serve it to guests at their table. Once they have finished their meal, they will have a nice cool beverage that they can enjoy as well. In the colder months, porque owners will offer cold beverages such as Chichimex, a Mexican style sparkling wine. Other beverages such as Amaretto, peach and mango juices and other cold teas are also available. The tapas that are offered are usually served with grilled meat and vegetables. You may find some desserts such as chocolate desserts and ice cream desserts available as well. Most of the porque restaurants in the town of Jaco, that I have been to have amazing food. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. I have enjoyed several different meals that I would like to re-order from the restaurant I had for lunch one time. I was impressed by the quality of the food, service and taste. There were only a couple of occasions when I wished I had booked a reservation. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in Jaco and would return again if I were in the area. There is also a variety of seafood dishes that are offered by the porque owner. I enjoyed their grilled fish fillet that was very tender and delicious. It came with a sauce that had coconut, peanuts and chili pepper that I loved. They also have a sesame tofu that was very tasty. The fried fish fillet was also excellent and came with a soy sauce and was very unique and different from the fish that you would get in a restaurant. The porque owner also has a wonderful beverage selection, which includes many Spanish and Latin influenced drinks, along with the more popular ones such as mimosas and margaritas. These are made from real juices of fresh fruits and vegetables. You can also enjoy a very cool lemonade that comes from a small fountain on the side of the restaurant. There is also a very popular tortilla that is made daily and is very delicious. The main service area is very clean and very efficient. The employees take care of every customer that comes through the door. There are never any complaints about service, as the staff always make sure that each customer is given the best possible treatment. The prices are very reasonable and you will not be sorry that you decided to check out this wonderful restaurant. cirugia will definitely be back again, as I love the food and the atmosphere of the porque.
