1. Age
It’s better to choose one that’s 10 years or older because of the maturity of its taste for whiskeys. As it gets older, the rough flavours of alcohol will eventually break down and the taste will become even smoother.
You may consider it anywhere between 3 to 9 years old if the whiskey doesn’t come with any age statement on the bottle. Except if you’re completely positive that your selected younger container of whiskey is useful, it’d be wiser to select an old one particular.
