Such paintings clearly show a certain style in painting, but their appearance is very different from each other. Yet, they all have the same general idea behind them. Such similarities are also found in literature. Here, one example to illustrate this is Charles Dickens's use of the word "Paradise" several times in his novels.

One can also see the parallelism in literature. For instance, in recent times, there has been a resurgence in contemporary art styles - the expressionism style, impressionism style, minimalism style, etc. But, these art styles do not necessarily suggest a specific identification of art to a certain geographical region or even a specific (written) genre. Thus, literature too can be seen as a form of art, despite the fact that such literature is written in a different language.

The situation of world fusion is another important factor that has resulted in a common identification of art styles. In the case of world fusion, an entire art style is blended in a single artwork. A famous example for this would be the works of Picasso and Dali. However, while these two artists managed to fuse the styles, it did not result into an 'art style' as such. This happened because their vision and their styles were so alike that they actually merged their works, resulting into a unique and unexpected piece.
